Welcome to Unchained Creations. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. About Unchained Creations
Unchained Creations offers handmade and handcrafted products, including jewelry, tumblers, suncatchers, gift baskets, epoxy resin creations, keychains, lanyards, coasters, sculptures, and other unique creations.
Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, glitter placement, texture, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each handmade item unique.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Handmade items may also have minor variations from the photographs shown online.
Unchained Creations reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, or modify product availability at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed.
4. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products may be made specifically for the customer and may therefore have different return or cancellation terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, wording, colors, designs, sizes, and other requested details for custom orders.
Unchained Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Once work has begun on a custom order, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
5. Processing and Shipping
Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and whether an item is made to order.
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been shipped, Unchained Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, our return and exchange policy may vary by product.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Unchained Creations within 7 days after delivery with your order information and photographs of the issue.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or improperly cared for may not qualify for a return or replacement.
Custom or personalized items may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were made incorrectly by Unchained Creations.
7. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Our products are individually handmade. Minor imperfections, variations, bubbles, glitter movement, color differences, or other characteristics may occur and should not automatically be considered defects.
For products containing resin, glitter, embellishments, or other decorative materials, proper care is important.
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their purchase.
8. Tumbler Care and Use
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, handmade tumblers should be treated as decorative and/or hand-wash-only items.
To help protect your tumbler:
- Hand wash only.
- Do not place in a dishwasher.
- Do not microwave.
- Avoid soaking for extended periods.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
- Avoid extreme heat.
- Handle carefully to prevent damage to decorative elements.
Unchained Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, cleaning, storage, or care.
9. Jewelry Care
Handcrafted jewelry should be handled with care. Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, sweat, or other substances may affect the appearance or condition of certain materials.
Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, or applying perfumes and lotions whenever possible.
Unchained Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals or moisture.
10. Gift Baskets
Gift baskets may contain a variety of products selected according to the description provided at the time of purchase.
Individual items may occasionally be substituted with a comparable item when necessary due to availability. Substitutions will be made with the goal of maintaining the overall value and quality of the basket.
11. Product Safety
Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and according to any care or safety instructions provided.
Decorative items, jewelry, small accessories, and certain other products may contain small parts and should be kept away from young children and pets when appropriate.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
12. Intellectual Property
All original photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, designs, website content, and other materials created for Unchained Creations are the property of Unchained Creations unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
13. Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You may not use the website to:
